The guest house was designed for the owners of MIT, Pune as they wanted a getaway home from their home in the city of Latur. The house is a 5 bedroom, 1 study and 6 baths with a grand living space and dining and kitchen with huge terraces and outdoor seating and a lawn for hosting events with ample parking for guests. The city of Latur is very dry and hence the use of stone compliments the climate and a lot of surfaces have been pulled out to provide ventilation and even lighting for all spaces.
